1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Feedolo mobile application (the “App”) and its related services (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Relation to Other Agreements

These Terms work in conjunction with Feedolo’s Privacy Policy and any additional service-specific agreements that you may be subject to. In case of conflict, the additional terms will take precedence for that specific service.

3. Eligibility

Feedolo is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have parental consent if required by law.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

  • You may need an account to access certain features.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

5.1 Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your content (posts, photos, comments), but grant Feedolo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content to provide the Service.

5.2 User Warranties

By submitting content, you affirm that:

  • It’s your own or you have the rights to post it.
  • No part infringes on others’ intellectual property.
  • It’s not false, harmful, or misleading.
  • It doesn’t include hate speech, harassment, nudity, violence, illegal activities, personal data exposure, or promotional spam.

Feedolo may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion if these terms are violated.

6. Content Moderation Policy

Feedolo aims to foster a respectful, safe, and engaging community. Content that falls under the following prohibited categories may be removed:

  • Violence & graphic material
  • Hate speech, harassment, or defamation
  • Illegal activities or regulated goods
  • Adult content or explicit material
  • Personal data or privacy violations
  • Misleading or deceptive content

Users may report objectionable content via aditya@feedolo.com], and Feedolo will review it accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App’s software, design, graphics, logos, and content belong to Feedolo or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any of this content without express permission.

8. Links to Third-Party Services

The App may include links to third-party sites or services. Feedolo is not responsible for their content or any outcomes from using them.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as-is” and “as available”. Feedolo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied—including fitness for purpose and non-infringement.
  • Feedolo is not liable for any loss of data, business, or other indirect damages.
  • These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, e.g. for liability related to personal injury.

10. Modifications to Terms

Feedolo may update these Terms periodically (for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons). Updated terms become effective on posting. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune for any disputes.
